Job summary

Leeds United is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the Matchday Ticketing team as Ticket Sales Advisors. You will assist with ticket sales, memberships, hospitality bookings, and ticketing enquiries for Leeds United fixtures and events, delivering an exceptional customer experience in person and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing, sales, customer service, or call centre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Professional, positive, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling customer enquiries in person, by telephone, or via email.
• Experience processing sales transactions accurately.
• Experience working in administrative or customer-facing roles.
• Experience maintaining customer records or databases.
• Experience delivering high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets for fixtures, memberships, hospitality packages, and events.
• Handle telephone bookings, counter sales, and enquiries.
• Support supporters with purchases and account queries.
• Maintain accurate customer and ticketing records.
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve issues.
• Direct calls to relevant departments as needed.
• Perform general ticket office administration tasks.
• Deliver professional customer service at all times.
• Support the Matchday Ticketing team during busy periods.
• Ensure GDPR and Club policy compliance.
• Represent Leeds United professionally and positively.
