Legends Global at first direct bank arena in Leeds is seeking a premium hospitality coordinator to plan and deliver outstanding guest experiences across our premium spaces. You will work with teams across the business to ensure seamless service and exceptional standards for our premium guests.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events demand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach with initiative.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in hospitality, events, premium service environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional premium guest experiences by managing hospitality arrangements across premium spaces.
• Coordinate event delivery across Catering, Marketing, Ticketing and Operations teams.
• Manage premium event administration and fulfilment including ticket allocation and guest communications.
• Support operational excellence on event days, assisting guest arrivals and queries.
• Drive growth of the premium offering through new products, events, marketing and tech improvements.
