Job summary

Hull City Football Club is seeking a Matchday Accessibility Assistant to support fans with disabilities during home fixtures at the MKM Stadium. You will assist with matchday preparations, deliver items, provide customer service and supervise the quiet room to create a safe and inclusive environment.

Role requires DBS checks, safeguarding awareness and the ability to engage respectfully with supporters of all ages. Casual hours apply for home fixtures, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the stadium's quiet room and maintain safety and hygiene.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents or incidents.
