Job summary

BDO UK in London is seeking a Markets Activation Manager to lead activation planning and delivery within CR&O, London. You will partner with the Senior Markets Activation Manager to drive growth initiatives and ensure adoption of central packs across local routines.

You will manage activation sessions, coordinate with Campaigns, Content, Digital and Design, and track KPIs while mitigating risks to sustain momentum and account growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales enablement/BD mobilisation/programme delivery in a complex B2B environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Strong planning discipline; confident managing multiple dependencies and risks.
• Comfortable using metrics and insight to drive actions and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain the activation plan for the deployment area, including cohorts, cadence, stakeholder actions and measures.
• Consult with the Senior Markets Activation Manager to iterate plans, gain sign-off and ensure alignment to growth and market priority areas and relevant programmes.
• Define the minimum mobilisation materials required to run routines effectively and ensure ownership and timelines are clear.
• Lead delivery of partner routines and activation activity, ensuring stakeholders understand what is expected and by when.
• Run activation sessions and routines, capture actions, and ensure follow-through is monitored and supported.
• Work with stakeholders to remove friction and maintain momentum, escalating issues where follow-through is at risk.
• Apply buyer and audience understanding to tailor routines and talk tracks using central packs.
• Use Proposition Packs and Activation Packs as the default; ensure stakeholders know how to use them.
• Capture buyer feedback, objections and proof-point gaps surfaced in activation and feed them to the Senior Manager/Head for action.
• Coordinate with Campaigns, Content, Digital and Design to align timing, assets and messaging to activation plans.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales sub‑capabilities as needed to support origination, pursuits and account growth behaviours.
• Track agreed KPIs and adoption measures for the deployment area; interpret what is changing and why.
• Provide reporting inputs and recommend optimisation actions based on insight.
• Implement agreed improvements locally and support adoption of updated practices.
• Identify delivery risks early and manage mitigations.
