Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Markets Activation Senior Manager aligned to Audit, based in London. You will develop and deliver business development strategy, coordinating with marketing, campaigns and design to drive solution-led selling and growth.

The role requires senior stakeholder influence and cross-functional leadership across Markets Activation activities. You’ll work with the Head of Markets Activation to maximise adoption of central packs, enable local execution and report on performance.

Qualifications

Strong experience in sales enablement and business development within a complex B2B environment.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilise partner cohorts.
Experience translating insights into actionable market activations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain markets activation strategy for the area.
Align priorities with senior stakeholders and define measures of success.
Cover relevant Target and Priority Client programme needs in deployment plans.
Coordinate with Campaigns, Content, Digital and Design to enable value-led selling.
Lead local delivery of markets activation activity with clear ownership and follow-through.
Provide monthly performance inputs: delivery, effectiveness and improvements.
Line manage Markets Activation Managers where applicable.
