Job summary

BDO LLP in London is recruiting a Markets Activation Senior Manager deployed to Deals. You will develop and deliver the business development strategy aligned to growth priorities, coordinating with senior stakeholders to ensure execution and measurable impact.

Working with the Head of Markets Activation, you will drive local activities, align with central packs, and enable solution-led selling. You will report on performance and may line-manage activation managers to achieve ambitious growth

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales enablement or business development within B2B environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilise partner cohorts.
• Ability to translate buyer insights into local activation plans.
• Experience delivering complex programmes with multiple dependencies.
• Ability to use metrics and dashboards to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain markets activation strategy and deployment plan for the area.
• Coordinate with Campaigns, Content, Digital and Design to enable solution-led selling.
• Lead local delivery of markets activation activity with clear ownership.
• Provide monthly performance inputs and insights for improvements.
• Line manage Markets Activation Managers where applicable.
