Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading marketing strategy, transformation, campaigns or CX programmes.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, martech and analytics.
• Evidence of leading large, complex consulting/agency engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring high-performing teams.
• Exceptional executive communication, storytelling and stakeholder management.
• Background in consulting or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and oversee major marketing transformation programmes.
• Provide trusted advisory to senior stakeholders and shape client agendas.
• Design scalable future-state marketing operating models and governance frameworks.
• Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies and executable plans.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Guide clients in using data, martech and analytics to drive ROI and growth.
• Mentor and develop future leaders within multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to EY Studio+ growth and market-facing propositions.
