Job summary

You will leverage analytics and AI-enabled insights, partner with Technology, Strategy, Tax, and People Consulting, and drive high-quality, compliant delivery for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or customer experience transformation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience in consulting or agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-delivery workstreams: own the delivery of marketing transformation deliverables with quality and timeliness.
• Advise client stakeholders: build trusted relationships guiding strategic decisions.
• Design scalable operating models: develop governance frameworks and org structures for efficiency.
• Shape strategy and execution: oversee integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Drive campaign excellence: manage end-to-end lifecycle from concept to measurement.
• Leverage analytics for impact: translate data insights into actionable ROI recommendations.
• Collaborate across EY: work with Technology, Strategy, Tax, and People Consulting teams.
• Support business growth: contribute to proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership.
• Ensure quality and compliance: adhere to EY governance and risk management standards.
