BMW Group UK in Farnborough offers a Placement Year in Customer Support Marketing. You will support data-driven marketing activities, manage presentations, and collaborate with the Data team to deliver insights for commercial objectives.

The role involves liaising with product managers and agencies across Retailer and Digital Marketing topics, participating in regular calls with Munich contacts, and contributing to projects with creativity aligned to BMW and MINI brand values.

Qualifications

• Studying a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and numerical skills.
• Aptitude for analysing and presenting information using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
• Aptitude for developing creative mechanisms to reach out to different audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
• Experience in Marketing is desirable with a passion for Digital Marketing and brand values for BMW and MINI.
• Experience with AI and Excel is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Management and creating presentations to showcase project work.
• Support Data team on data reporting to support commercial objectives.
• Work closely with the Data team to deliver data excellence.
• Make changes to the BMW & MINI national websites.
• Support with ad hoc projects where relevant.
