BMW Group UK is offering a Customer Marketing placement year in Farnborough. You will support the Customer Team by identifying customer pain points, researching new ideas, and developing insights to drive strategy.

The role emphasizes delivering actionable customer intelligence and collaborating with retailers and teams. You will work on monthly customer insight reports, social media insight reports, and ensure BMW Group UK content stays up to date.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office incl. Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Identify and help solve customer pain points across the journey in the BMW Group UK environment.
• Research and promote innovative ideas to meet changing customer needs.
• Develop reporting and insights to drive strategy for the Customer Team.
