Job summary

BMW Group UK in Farnborough is offering a Placement Year in Customer Marketing. You will support Customer Team Managers, identify customer pain points, and develop reporting to influence strategy.

The role involves researching trends, creating insight reports, and coordinating content for the Retailer Hub. Ideal candidates are studying toward a Bachelor's degree (2:2), proficient in Excel/PowerPoint, and possess strong communication, detail-orientation, and a proactive, creative mindset.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a Bachelor degree and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
• Fully competent in using Microsoft Office software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar with high attention to detail.
• Can-do attitude with initiative and problem solving.
• Creative flair with open-minded solutions within tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Team Managers by taking responsibility for key project elements.
• Identify and solve customer pain points throughout the journey.
• Develop reporting and insight to drive strategy across the Customer Team.
• Create monthly customer insight and social media insight reports.
• Research and report on key trends in customer behaviour.
