Job description

Nobi is redefining safety in senior care with smart technology designed to prevent risks before they happen and give caregivers peace of mind. Our discreet, intelligent solutions — starting with the fall detecting smart light — are built to protect older adults while supporting independence, comfort, and dignity. Today, Nobi’s platform goes beyond detection: it provides proactive insights, helps staff understand daily patterns, and quietly improves life inside care communities.

We focus exclusively on care homes, where falls and safety challenges are most acute. By working closely with operators, we’re solving for one of the industry’s biggest risks — reducing falls, easing staff workload, and setting a new standard for modern, technology-enabled care. The UK is one of Nobi’s fastest‑growing markets and a cornerstone of our global expansion.

What you will do

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving demand generation and pipeline growth in the UK market. This is a hands‑on role that blends strategy and execution, requiring expertise in Events, campaign management, engaging content creation, and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with the UK Sales team, the Marketing team, and trusted external partners or agencies to build audience‑focused campaigns that generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
UK Marketing Strategy
  • Develop a clear UK‑focused marketing plan aligned with Nobi’s brand.
  • Identify priority segments, messages, and channels to reach decision‑makers effectively.
  • Create content that highlights UK customer examples and results (case studies, launch materials, simple video briefs).
Demand Generation & Paid Media
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to drive qualified leads in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Build audience‑focused campaigns tailored to UK market needs.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion rates) and continuously improve ROI.
Social Media & Advertising
  • Manage the UK social calendar in collaboration with the marketing team. Launch platform‑specific campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Ensure all activity follows Nobi’s brand standards and messaging guidelines.
Events & Partnerships
  • Manage Nobi’s presence at key UK events and trade shows.
  • Develop event tiering and ROI tracking models to prioritize investments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and partners to maximize lead capture and pipeline contribution.
  • Design integrated campaigns across paid, social, and events to support pipeline goals.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure campaigns deliver qualified leads and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and leverage agencies where useful to drive activity.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics.
  • Use insights to refine strategy and optimize spend.
What you must know
  • 4–8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record managing paid media, social advertising, and targeted campaigns.
  • Strong writing skills with ability to communicate clearly and credibly. Experience organizing or attending industry events, including ROI measurement.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Comfortable moving between strategic work and day‑to‑day delivery.
  • A proactive, pragmatic approach — you take ownership and enjoy working things out.
  • Collaborative and organized in your work style.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Experience in technology, healthcare, or senior care industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with the UK Care sector is a strong plus.
