Job description

Are you ready to manage the execution of innovative marketing plans as part of our Customer Lifecycle Management Strategy, to deepen and retain relationships with our customers? As a Manager in our Full Funnel Marketing Borrowing team (Credit Cards & Loans), you'll manage the implementation of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), focusing on building engagement and ultimately ensuring customers choose to stay with us in our key customer segments. This critical role leads agile teams (pods) to deliver and test marketing initiatives, ensures successful campaigns are transitioned to business‑as‑usual teams, and keeps up with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of the Customer Lifecycle Management plan by defining hypotheses to test, assembling agile pods, signing off on plans and reporting on outcomes.
  • Deliver against key jobs to be done that require innovation at pace through temporary, lean, cross‑disciplinary pods.
  • Handover successful campaign work to Growth, CRM and Campaigns & Social accelerator teams for automation and BAU delivery.
  • Stay on top of marketing trends, continuously experiment with new routes to market, and leverage new data and technology.
  • Demonstrate stellar execution, agile delivery, and contribute to team happiness.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience designing and delivering successful CLM plans across the funnel, acquiring and engaging customers, and deepening relationships through cross‑sell and upsell.
  • Experience in full‑funnel marketing and driving innovative campaigns (ATL/BTL) that achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, using knowledge and experience to drive ROI from marketing plans aligned to group strategy.
  • Demonstrated affinity for agile ways of working and servant leadership across the group.
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate openly, and foster an inclusive team culture.
