Overview

Are you a creative and strategic marketer with a passion for driving growth? We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and deliver impactful marketing strategies for our Benefits business line.

In this role, you'll design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture client relationships, and build brand awareness. From digital marketing and content creation to event management and internal communications, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting our employee benefits and wealth management services.

How you'll make an impact

In this role you'll be:

  • Developing and implementing innovative marketing plans using digital platforms, PR, events, and trade publications.
  • Creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, SEO, brochures, and industry events.
  • Managing the National Benchmarking Survey campaign and Workforce Trends report.
  • Overseeing the production of marketing collateral and internal communication strategies.
  • Delivering performance insights and recommendations through campaign reporting.
  • Planning and managing events, including logistics, speaker sourcing, and post-event reporting.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all communications to enhance our market presence.
About you

You'll need:

  • Proven marketing experience, ideally in the Employee Benefits or Financial Services sector.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Desirable Skills:

  • CIM qualification in Marketing.
  • Experience with Sitecore and webinar arrangements.
