This impressive and expanding company has a remote-based role with occasional travel to London, heading up a team within Employee Benefits/Health Insurance.

To apply for this role, you MUST have relevant management experience in Employee Benefits Insurance.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Manage a team of Consultants to support them in managing a portfolio of business clients in the arrangement of health, risk, and wellbeing products and services. Additionally, the SBU Manager will manage their own portfolio of business clients across these three areas.
2. Ensure each team member successfully achieves agreed retention (persistency), premium, and revenue targets, ensuring the best interests of customers are met at all times.
3. Work with team members to proactively seek new business and cross-sales opportunities.
4. Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a positive company ambassador and ensuring customer interests are prioritized.
5. Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to drive business growth cohesively.
