I'm working with an established, product-led business in Warrington who are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of their B2C and retail marketing across one of their key consumer brands.
You’ll have real ownership of the brand, working across retail, campaigns, product launches and agencies, with plenty of scope to bring new ideas and influence how the brand continues to grow.
There are already some great foundations in place, but they're looking for someone who will come in, take the lead and bring a fresh perspective to how the brand is marketed.
You’ll own the B2C marketing plan and work closely with Sales, Product, Commercial and Technical teams to make sure activity is both creative and commercially effective.
The key thing here is strong B2C and retail marketing experience.
You’ll ideally have worked within a retail, ecommerce or consumer-focused, product-led environment and be comfortable turning customer insight and commercial priorities into campaigns that deliver.
Experience within home improvement, consumer products, ecommerce, DIY, interiors or another retailer-led category would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
They're looking for someone who is creative and full of ideas, but also commercially minded and comfortable getting into the detail. This is a hands-on role, so you'll have the opportunity to actually deliver the work rather than simply manage a team who do it for you.
This is a particularly exciting time to join as they're building out their Marketing function and looking for people who want to help shape it.
You’ll have the freedom to look at what's currently in place, bring your own ideas and make improvements rather than simply stepping into a role where everything is already set in stone.
The culture is friendly and personable, with a real family feel, but you'll also have the structure and backing of a larger international organisation.
