Location: Warrington - Hybrid
Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus
I'm working with an established consumer-focused, product-led business in Warrington who are currently building out their marketing function, and they're looking for a B2C & Retail Marketing Manager to take ownership of one of their key consumer brands.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than just another Marketing Manager role. You'll have real autonomy, plenty of scope to bring new ideas and the opportunity to shape how B2C marketing develops within the business.
There are processes and agency relationships already in place, but they want someone who will come in, take ownership and look at how things can be done better.
You’ll own the B2C marketing strategy, working closely with the commercial, product and retail teams to make sure marketing activity is both creative and commercially effective.
The key thing here is retail and consumer marketing experience.
You’ll ideally have worked within a B2C, retail, ecommerce or consumer-focused, product-led environment and be comfortable turning customer insight and commercial priorities into campaigns that deliver.
You’ll need to be creative and full of ideas, but also commercially minded and comfortable getting into the detail. This is a hands‑on role, so they’re looking for someone who enjoys actually doing the work rather than simply managing a team who do it for them.
This is a particularly exciting time to join as they’re building out their marketing function and looking for people who want to help shape it.
You’ll have the freedom to look at what’s currently in place, bring your own ideas and make improvements rather than simply stepping into a role where everything is already set in stone.
The culture is friendly and personable, with a real family feel, but you’ll also have the structure and backing of a larger international organisation.
