Job description

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will oversee the marketing activities of 3 training brands.

You’ll be comfortable being a player / manager, managing a marketing executive and also carrying out marketing duties yourself.

Your work will predominately consist of content creation, SEO and AI search.

Above all else, we’re after the right attitude and someone who wants to grow, improve and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write high‑quality blog articles, landing pages, and other website content with SEO and AI search best practices in mind
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and ranking opportunities
  • Optimise existing content for improved visibility and performance in search engines and AI platforms
  • Support the creation of email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing collateral
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and AHREFS
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI search tools, SEO trends, and content marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with wider business goals
  • Working with image creation software like Canva, but not essential
  • Ensure all social channels have engaging content
