Job summary

Total Politics Group is seeking a Data and Tech Manager to lead our Marketing data and tech strategy, oversee platforms, and drive AI-enabled workflows to improve automation and insights. You will guide data quality, governance, and digital transformation across the Marketing stack.

You will manage Wordpress sites, data integrations, and analytics to support business objectives while ensuring GDPR/UK data protection compliance and secure data practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data management projects (cleansing, governance, quality)
• Strong skills in database management, data analysis, and reporting
• Good understanding of AI technologies and workflow automation

Responsibilities

• Lead data management strategy across Marketing and ensure governance and quality
• Oversee Marketing databases, data collection systems, and integrations
• Build automated reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with Marketing Automation to improve lead scoring and insights
• Manage Wordpress websites, CMS updates, and third-party integrations
• Support GDPR/UK data protection compliance and data subject rights requests
