Job summary

CommuniTech Recruitment Group is assisting a financial services firm in Central London to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager. This hands-on role focuses on digital, data, reporting and marketing operations to keep day-to-day activity running smoothly and to drive continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and possess strong numbers, structure and execution skills to turn plans into insights and action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ broad marketing experience.
• Strong marketing analytics and reporting skills, including GA4.
• Confidence with Excel, data and dashboards.
• Experience with LinkedIn analytics and organic social reporting.
• Experience managing a corporate website/CMS and a good understanding of SEO and AI search.

Responsibilities

• Own regular reporting across website, LinkedIn and wider digital activity.
• Use GA4, HubSpot, LinkedIn analytics and other tools to track performance and derive insights.
• Maintain and improve dashboards, trackers and KPIs.
• Spot trends and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day CMS updates and coordinate technical changes with external suppliers.
