Oxford Instruments Imaging & Analysis is seeking a Marketing Technology, Data & Automation Manager to join our hybrid team. You will manage marketing tech platforms, enhance customer data quality, and drive campaigns and experiences across regions.

You will collaborate with regional marketing teams, Business Systems and external partners to connect technology, data and people to support growth and marketing performance.

Qualificações

• A degree-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
• At least three years’ experience in marketing operations, technology, CRM or customer data.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation and data platforms; good governance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimise marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation and CDP.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and automation for efficiency.
• Maintain a marketing technology roadmap and governance standards.
• Define integration requirements with Business Systems and partners.
• Support testing, validation and user adoption of new tech.
• Develop reports, dashboards and insights to measure marketing performance.
• Deliver training and user support on marketing tech and data practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and external support.
