Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced platforms expert for the Marketing domain in London to collaborate with engineering teams on solution design, roll out platform features, and enable self-service adoption. You will build scalable data pipelines and support real-time data flows across marketing platforms and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years as an administrator/superuser of enterprise-level marketing systems.
• Experience with Braze, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, or CDP like Twilio Segment or Hightouch.
• Comfort with data integrations in frontend and backend contexts.
• Experience with AI/agentic workflows or AI agents inside marketing platforms.
• Excel/G-Sheet formulas.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration.
• Familiarity with real-time data flows and event-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with website tag managers, API authentication, retry/error handling, JSON, and webhooks.
• Ability to interpret and edit JavaScript/Python code.
• Comfort articulating and discussing technical requests to engineers.
• Familiarity with big data tools such as AWS Athena, SQL, and dbt.
• Experience in the financial sector or another regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as an independent platforms expert for the Marketing domain.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to steer technical solution design and co-work on implementations.
• Roll out new platform features and enable adoption by self-service users.
• Incorporate platform features into new campaigns and operational processes.
• Use agentic AI tooling to automate structured tasks and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain scalable, low-code data pipelines between marketing platforms, data sources, and reporting tools.
• Monitor and own platform health.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and control weaknesses.
• Create accessible documentation.
• Support views of data and system reliability.
