Marketing & Data Administrator

£26,000 - £30,000 per annum, DOE

Brentwood, Essex

Monday-Thursday, 9am-5:30pm & Friday, 9am- 5pm

My client, a successful and friendly business based in Brentwood, is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven individual eager to develop their career. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an engaging and current LinkedIn presence.
  • Create compelling social media content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Oversee website content and functionality, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice.
  • Update the website with the latest press articles.
  • Generate innovative marketing ideas to promote the business effectively.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness when updating information in the company's in-house system.
  • Produce insightful reports using Excel to support decision-making.
  • Cross-reference data with the database to maintain integrity.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Work towards deadlines and contribute to team objectives.
  • Collaborate with the data team, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
  • Analyze data, identify anomalies, and liaise with Account Managers and IT to ensure data accuracy for clients.
