Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager in Lichfield to lead multi-channel campaigns and strengthen the brand. You will work with the Head of Brand & Customer Marketing to drive occupancy growth, customer engagement and commercial success across channels.

Lead a high-performing Brand & Customer Marketing team, shape content and communications, and influence stakeholders across marketing, operations, recruitment and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing and developing marketing teams.

• Deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business priorities.
• Lead integrated campaigns that build brand awareness and advocacy.
• Oversee content creation including customer stories, PR, social media and campaigns.

About You

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded marketing professional who brings:

• At least 5 years' marketing experience delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, content marketing and campaign delivery.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for making an impact.
