Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager in Lichfield to lead multi-channel campaigns and strengthen the brand. You will work with the Head of Brand & Customer Marketing to drive occupancy growth, customer engagement and commercial success across channels.

Lead a high-performing Brand & Customer Marketing team, shape content and communications, and influence stakeholders across marketing, operations, recruitment and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing and developing marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business priorities.
• Lead integrated campaigns that build brand awareness and advocacy.
• Oversee content creation including customer stories, PR, social media and campaigns.
• Manage creative output, ensuring activity reflects brand and high standards.
• Drive customer review and advocacy programmes to strengthen reputation.
• Support occupancy growth and new service launches through targeted marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise future activity.
• Lead, coach and develop a dedicated marketing team.
