Voyage Care Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to lead a talented team and shape how we connect with customers, colleagues and communities. You will deliver integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand, support occupancy growth and drive commercial success, working closely with the Head of Brand & Customer Marketing.

This leadership role offers a path to develop annual and quarterly plans, shape content across channels, and coach a high-performing team

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' marketing experience delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, content marketing and campaign delivery.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for making an impact.
