Job summary

Voyage Care in Lichfield is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead digital and performance marketing, driving occupancy growth and customer acquisition. You will work with the Head of Digital & Performance Marketing to translate strategy into measurable results and help the business reach more people who can benefit from our services.

You will develop integrated digital plans, optimise websites, oversee CRM and marketing automation, and manage budgets to maximise ROI across channels.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in digital, growth or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, demand generation and digital strategy.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, website optimisation, SEO, paid media and analytics.
• A proven ability to use insight and data to improve performance.
• Experience managing budgets and evaluating marketing ROI.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Leadership experience with a passion for developing others.
