Job summary

You will deliver integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand, support occupancy growth and drive commercial success, working closely with the Head of Brand & Customer Marketing.

This leadership role offers a path to develop annual and quarterly plans, shape content across channels, and coach a high-performing team

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' marketing experience delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, content marketing and campaign delivery.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for making an impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business priorities.
• Lead integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, trust and advocacy.
• Oversee content creation including customer stories, PR, social media, thought leadership and marketing campaigns.
• Manage creative output, ensuring all activity reflects our brand and high standards.
• Drive customer review and advocacy programmes to strengthen our reputation.
• Support occupancy, referrals and new service launches through targeted marketing activity.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and optimise future activity.
• Lead, coach and develop a dedicated marketing team.
