Market Development Specialist – Patient Monitoring & Education

Remote role – full time. Locations: Watford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of impactful medical education programs focused on patient safety in Blood Oxygen Management, personalised anaesthesia, and connected solutions.
  • Engage underserved stakeholders – both clinical (nurses clinicians) and non‑clinical (biomed, procurement) – with tailored education.
  • Build partnerships with professional societies, KOLs, and hospital educators to position ACM technologies as standard of care.
  • Drive access to innovations in underpenetrated areas.
  • Shape the pathway for cerebral oximetry expansion into new clinical segments, balancing market expansion with commercial readiness.
  • Use strategic account and pathway experience to influence adoption models beyond product features, addressing healthcare system‑wide needs.
  • Partner closely with the RSMs, Clinical Specialists & Account Managers to support positioning, ensuring sales teams are enabled with the right tools and added value messages for success.
  • Bring a solutions‑oriented lens to new market projects, aligning product value with broader care pathways and hospital priorities.
Qualifications
  • Senior professional with commercial / market development experience in MedTech, ideally with experience of customers with GCF, ICU & operating room.
  • Track record in hospital engagement and leading cross‑functional initiatives (Sales, Enterprise Accounts, Integrated Hospital Solutions & Clinical Research & Medical Science / Education).
  • Deep interest in medical education as a lever for market shaping.
  • Skilled in project leadership with a results‑driven focus.
  • Ability to focus on time bound projects across portfolios, balancing high level strategy with targeted execution.
  • Collaborative, influential style with the confidence to engage both senior hospital stakeholders and internal senior leaders.
