This permanent position offers a salary of £35,000 to £75,000 per annum, including uncapped commission. You'll thrive in a collaborative team environment, driving revenue growth while maintaining a balance between new business acquisition and account growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or Defence (Maritime) environment.
• Ability to generate new business through networking and outreach.
• SC clearance required, which can be supported.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across defence.
