Spectrum Geosurvey invites applications for a Proposal Coordinator in Lymington. The role supports the commercial team with tender responses, coordinating inputs from technical, operational and QHSE colleagues to produce accurate, compliant submissions.

Open to entry-level applicants and those with proposal-writing experience. A background in marine geophysics is essential, with training and development provided to build expertise in tendering and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience of marine geophysics is essential, gained through relevant study or practical work.
• Strong written English and the ability to present technical information clearly and accurately.
• Excellent organisation, with the confidence to manage several tasks and follow up inputs before a deadline.
• Careful attention to detail, particularly when checking requirements, figures, and document versions.
• A confident and professional communication style, with a willingness to work across different teams.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the tender process from the first review of a client enquiry through to final submission.
• Coordinate information with technical, operational, project, and QHSE teams to ensure completeness and on-time delivery.
• Maintain tender calendars, action lists, and submission records to ensure clear deadlines and responsibilities.
• Review RFx documents and pre-qualification questionnaires to identify required documents and actions.
• Coordinate contributions from technical, operational, project, QHSE, and commercial colleagues.
• Draft, edit, proofread, and format proposal content using templates and approved information.
