Spectrum Geosurvey in the UK is seeking a proactive Proposal Coordinator to join our Lymington-based commercial team. The role is open to entry-level applicants and those with proposal-writing experience, offering exposure to tender processes, documentation control and client submissions.

You will coordinate inputs from technical and operations teams, maintain calendars, draft content and ensure responses are accurate, compliant and delivered on time, while developing your knowledge of marine

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience of marine geophysics is essential, gained through relevant study or practical work.
• Strong written English and the ability to present technical information clearly and accurately.
• Excellent organisation with the confidence to manage several tasks and meet deadlines.
• Careful attention to detail, especially when checking requirements and document versions.
• A professional communication style and ability to work across teams.
• Relevant degree, apprenticeship or equivalent experience in marine geophysics or related field.
• Previous proposal-writing experience is welcome but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support tender process from client enquiry to final submission.
• Coordinate input from technical, operational, project, QHSE and commercial teams.
• Maintain tender calendars, action lists and submission records.
• Review RFIs and pre-qualifications to identify required documents and actions.
• Draft, edit and format proposal content using templates.
• Prepare company information, CVs and supporting evidence.
• Control document versions, approvals and final submission packs.
• Arrange reviews, capture comments and follow up on actions.
• Support tender portal uploads and submissions.
• Maintain templates, reference material and past-performance records.
