Job summary

Spectrum Geosurvey specialising in coastal geophysical surveys invites applications for a Proposal Coordinator in our Lymington office. Open to entry-level applicants and those with proposal-writing experience, you will support tenders, coordinate inputs, and ensure timely, accurate responses while learning how offshore surveys are planned and priced.

You will work with technical, operational, project and QHSE teams, developing your understanding of tender processes and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience of marine geophysics or related study/work.
• Strong written English with ability to present technical information clearly.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
• Attention to detail when checking requirements, figures and documents.
• Professional communication across teams.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support tender process from client enquiry to final submission.
• Coordinate contributions from technical, operational, project, QHSE and commercial teams.
• Draft, edit, proofread and format proposal content using templates.
• Complete client forms and prepare CVs, project experiences and evidence.
• Control document versions, naming, approvals and final submission packs.
• Arrange reviews, capture comments and follow up actions.
• Assist tender portal uploads and submission confirmations.
• Maintain proposal templates and past-performance records.
• Help prepare presentations and marketing material when needed.
