Job summary

TGS Marine Consulting, based in Norwich, seeks a Senior Consultant, Subject Expert to lead commercial and technical bids for marine survey and subsea projects across international markets.

You will integrate hydrographic survey, project management and tendering expertise to deliver route surveys, UXO, ROV and construction-support solutions while coordinating stakeholders and providing expert client guidance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in marine survey and hydrographic operations.
• Proven track record in managing complex tenders from RFQ to award.
• Strong project management skills with offshore delivery knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of geophysical and geotechnical survey work.
• Experience across interconnectors, offshore wind, cables and UXO.

Responsibilities

• Tender strategy, bid leadership and risk assessment from RFQ to award.
• Coordinate integrated cost, resources and programme development.
• Lead presentations and negotiations with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure compliant, executable submissions with clear basis and assumptions.
• Mentor bid teams and align stakeholders across functions.
• Oversee governance, HSE, legal and financial alignment in bids.
