Job summary

Premier Marinas at Hamble Yacht Services on the River Hamble is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. You will deliver high levels of customer service while supporting the General Manager with day-to-day administration and marina operations, including the boatyard.

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during busy periods. Experience in a marina environment is advantageous, and we offer a generous salary, 25 days annual leave, private medical cover,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and managing administrative tasks.
• Ability to process contracts, invoices and payments accurately.
• Experience with berth allocations and boat movements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Office-based role handling tenant and customer enquiries.
• Maintain customer records and process contracts, invoices and payments.
• Assist with berth allocations and customer boat movements.
• Support the General Manager and wider team with day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers as required.
• Occasional weekend work with advance notice during busy periods.
