Job summary

Premier Marinas is seeking an Assistant Manager for Hamble Yacht Services on the River Hamble. The role involves day-to-day management of both the marina and boatyard, delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful operations.

The ideal candidate will lead a team with a flexible approach, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of marina and boatyard operations.

Responsibilities

• Work across the marina and boatyard, supervising staff, contractors and external providers.
• Assist with maintenance and improvement works and oversee boatyard scheduling.
• Carry out regular inspections and support boat moving, towing and driving of boats as required.
• Support customer communications and help resolve customer complaints and service issues.
• Liaise with onsite tenants and deputise for the General Manager in their absence; act as On Call Manager on rotation.
