Premier Marinas are seeking to appoint an Assistant Manager to join our team at Hamble Yacht Services located on the River Hamble
Working closely with the General Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day management of both the marina and boatyard, helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and commercially successfully.

This role will involve working across both the marina and boatyard and will include supporting the management of staff, contractors and external service providers, assisting with maintenance and improvement works, overseeing boatyard scheduling and carrying out regular inspections.
The role will also involve assisting with boat moving, towing and driving of boats as required, supporting customer communications and helping to resolve customer complaints and service issues. Close liaison with onsite tenants is key to this role.
The Assistant Manager will also deputise for the General Manager in their absence and perform the role of 'On Call Manager' on an agreed rotation basis.
The role is primarily Monday to Friday and will require flexibility with varying start and finish times during busy periods.Occasional weekend working with advance notice will be required subject to seasonal demand.
