Employal is seeking an Account Executive for manufacturing technology sales across the UK. This 100% new business role offers a base salary up to £70,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £130,000, plus a company car.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to articulate a compelling business case to senior stakeholders.
• Disciplined prospecting, pipeline management and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and win new UK manufacturing business across varied segments.
• Collaborate with a dedicated BDR to grow your pipeline and discuss target accounts.
• Create opportunities through proactive networking and relationship building.
• Visit manufacturing sites to understand processes and identify where technology adds value.
• Build relationships with Factory Managers, Operations Directors, and Technical/CI teams.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close, navigating multiple stakeholders.
