Are you looking for a step up into leadership as a Manufacturing Team Leader, with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within Defence / Marine, a clear scope to progress further and an early finish on a Friday?

As the go-to Manufacturing Team Leader, you will head up a close-knit team within a fast paced, assembly / manufacturing environment. You will manage workshop activities, work distribution, maintain quality standards, motivate the team and drive manufacturing forward.

This position would suit an Assembly, Manufacturing or Production professional, who is looking to become a Manufacturing Team Leader, with the traits required to lead a team.

DUTIES
* Manage a team of 4 assembly technicians within a workshop environment, responsible for workload distribution, continuous improvement, adhering to quality standards, overseeing build and working to Total Productive Maintenance
* Motivate the team, set objectives, identify skills gaps for training, disciplinary procedures, support troubleshooting activities as and when required.

PERSON
* Assembly or Manufacturing background, having worked your way up from shopfloor
* Qualification in Engineering, albeit BTEC, HNC, HND, ONC, Degree, MSc etc.
* Familiarity with Motors / Generators / Turbines or similar
* British Passport required due to Security Clearance
