Working Days: Monday - Friday (days)

The Role:

• Lead the production line team
• Ensure start-up checks are completed, machines are ready, and production runs smoothly by monitoring line speed, progress, and downtime
• Work with the Planning Manager to maximize performance and minimize downtime
• Monitor line speed, KPIs, conduct quality checks, and train operatives
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain accurate records for continuous improvement
