Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across many jobs.
• Experience handling documentation and using customer portals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers across the UK, Ireland and internationally.
• Manage document control including drawings and procedures via portals.
• Adhere to customer schedules and ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate with the factory to meet production timelines.
• Own orders from ready for production to dispatch and delivery.
• Arrange deliveries with customers and the dispatch manager.
• Manage a portfolio of 50–100 jobs at any time to meet dates.
