• Proficiency in handling documentation and submitting information via portals.
• Strong adaptability to changing situations and priorities.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from order placement through dispatch and delivery.
• Liaise with UK, Ireland, and international customers.
• Manage document control and submit documents on customer portals.
• Adhere to customer schedules and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Coordinate with the factory to meet production timelines.
• Take ownership of orders through production to dispatch and delivery.
• Arrange deliveries with customers and the dispatch manager.
• Manage a portfolio of 50–100 jobs/projects at any time.
