Job summary

KD Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Project Coordinator to help coordinate projects from order placement through to dispatch and delivery. You will work with customers across the UK, Ireland and internationally, handling documentation and ensuring timetables are met.

The role suits organised individuals who can manage multiple priorities in a supportive team and hybrid working environment. Laptops are provided and 25 days holiday plus benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage a very organised inbox and job list.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
• Proficient in handling documentation and submitting information on customer portals.
• Able to quickly learn new processes and procedures.
• Customer-facing skills for meetings and direct communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from order placement through to dispatch and delivery.
• Work with customers across the UK, Ireland and internationally.
• Control documents including drawings and procedures via customer portals.
• Adhere to customer schedules and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Coordinate with factory to meet production timelines.
• Own orders once ready for production and see through to dispatch and delivery.
• Arrange deliveries with customers and the dispatch manager.
• Manage a portfolio of 50–100 jobs at once to meet dates.
