Job summary

KD Recruitment is recruiting for a Service Coordinator in Scarborough. You will coordinate service and maintenance activity, support engineers, and keep customers updated throughout the process.

The role involves planning, scheduling, and prioritising workload, with hybrid working options after training and a strong benefits package. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Scarborough area.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy coordination or scheduling roles.
• Background as Service Coordinator, Service Administrator, Scheduler or related role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service jobs from initial request to completion.
• Plan and schedule service, maintenance and repair work for engineers.
• Review daily plans and adjust for urgent or reactive jobs.
• Coordinate engineer workloads and optimise time/resources.
• Keep customers updated on appointments and changes.
• Manage warranty claims, contract repairs and administration.
• Liaise with Project Managers and internal departments.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date job info and records.
