Job summary

Marshalls plc, based in Mells, Somerset, is seeking an Operations Team Member to contribute to the production of concrete drainage and related products within our Manufacturing team. You will learn and operate a range of hand tools, machinery and handling equipment, while upholding safety, quality and efficiency standards.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6:00am to 2:00pm or 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Manufacturing Production environment.
• Team player with attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good communication skills (teamwork is key).
• Understanding the importance of Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Understanding and appreciation of how efficient working can impact business success.
• Current FLT licence (desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties relating to the efficient production of high-quality concrete drainage and associated products.
• Be trained in and use a range of hand tools, machinery and mechanical handling equipment.
• Work in an environment where safety, quality and efficiency are key to the company's ongoing success.
