A leading manufacturer of concrete products is looking for a Production Operative in Pollington. The successful candidate will join the manufacturing team to produce concrete drainage products and will be trained to use various tools and machinery. Candidates should have a background in manufacturing and a team-oriented mentality. Safety, quality, and efficiency are crucial in this role. Overview

As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for Production Operatives with a background in Manufacturing or Production to join our team at Pollington.

Mission

You’ll be part of our manufacturing team, helping to make our well-known concrete drainage products, including large pipes and manholes. Working together with your team, you’ll learn how to use a variety of hand tools, machinery, and lifting equipment. Safety, quality, and efficiency will be at the heart of everything you do to keep both you and the business successful.

Mission-critical skills

• Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
• Team player with attention to detail
• Knowledge of OEE (overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous
• English communication and writing skills
