Marshalls plc in Bridgend, Wales, is seeking a Production Operative to join our team on a permanent basis. You will help manufacture decorative architectural masonry and other concrete products, set up and run production machinery, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Working a 40-hour week on a 3-week shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) with overtime, you’ll contribute to safety, quality and efficiency. Full training is provided and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating and setting industrial manufacturing machinery in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to carry out machine changeovers, adjustments, and basic fault-finding to minimise downtime.
• Experience conducting quality inspections and ensuring products meet customer and company specifications.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, monitor and optimise production machinery to hit targets.
• Carry out routine machine checks and minor adjustments; escalate issues.
• Record production data (production, downtime and waste) accurately.
• Support training and development of new team members and participate in CI projects.
