• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment operating a line.

• Excellent communication skills.
• FLT counter balance license would be advantageous but not essential.
• A forward thinking mindset continually looking to improve processes.

• Operate and monitor production lines to manufacture brick and stone walling products.
• Support quality standards and maintain safe, efficient production processes.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Engineers to meet production targets.
