Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking a hands-on HR Manager for a fast-paced manufacturing site in North Wales, Chester South. You will lead a small HR team, report to the HR Director and own end-to-end people processes across the employee lifecycle.

The role emphasizes employee relations, policy implementation, workforce planning and continuous improvement of HR systems, with a strong focus on influencing stakeholders and delivering practical HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant HR experience within manufacturing/FMCG.
• ER and complex employee relations experience.
• Experience leading a small HR team.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Lead on complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small HR team.
• Operational Partnering: Coach line managers to improve people management and shop-floor visibility.
• Change Management: Drive workforce planning and site transformation initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Improve HR policies, processes, and systems.
