Executive Network Group is seeking a hands-on HR Manager for a fast-paced manufacturing site in North Wales (Chester South). You will lead a small HR team and report to the HR Director, managing the full employee lifecycle and ER in a UK context.

You'll partner with operational leaders to implement policies and drive change, with a focus on continuous improvement across HR processes. CIPD Level 5 or above is preferred to shape a high-performing site.

Qualifications

• Significant HR experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or blue-collar environments.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small HR team.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead on complex employee relations including disciplinary and absence management.
• Manage and develop a small HR team.
• Partner with line managers to enhance people management on the shop floor.
• Drive organisational change, workforce planning, and site transformation initiatives.
• Improve HR policies, processes, and systems.
